A community-owned library space is not just a centre for borrowing books. It also caters to an active engagement among community members to formulate constructive worldviews by igniting the thinking potential in each individual. The creation of such a space, we believe, will improve community spirit towards learning and understanding collectively, a process which speeds up internalisation of knowledge, imagination and increases the breadth of focus among students and citizens. We focus on readership, collaboration, and leadership to create a free space that children will run and administer on their own.
