The Delek Education Foundation believes in effecting change in the existing Indian school education scenario, through a collaborative research and community workshop based intervention model. It focuses on developing reading skills and aiding positive growth of school children’s socio-emotional intelligence through free community run libraries. Here, children collaborate with the foundation to own, run, and administer their own well stocked library.

Our database and blog document pedagogic resources and testimonies of students, teachers and other stakeholders which help us identify problems of diversity and equity in the school education system. Through this we aspire to spur a community led movement for constructive and accessible interventions.
